UPDATED: March 18, 2022: New bookings are currently unavailable for private ground transportation to and from Walt Disney World Resort and other surrounding areas. This Walt Disney Travel Company package add-on will be unavailable until further notice. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some existing private ground transportation reservations may be impacted. Affected Guests and Travel Agents will receive a phone call if their reservation has been impacted.

At the start of 2022, Disney discontinued Magical Express. For those of you that don't know what Magic Express was, it was the complimentary bus service that would transfer guests between MCO (Orlando International Airport) and the Walt Disney World Resort. Now that this service has ended many people have been wondering about what transportation options they can use!

Well good news is that Walt Disney World Resorts started offering Private Ground Transfers that can be booked as part of your Walt Disney World Vacation Package. (these transfers are an extra cost, added into your package pricing.)

There are several vehicle option available to choose from including:

  • Exclusive Vans

  • Sedans

  • SUVs

  • Executive Limousines

  • Stretch Limousines

These transfers can be booked up to five days prior to arrival. They offer one way or round-trip transportation options. One complimentary car seat will be provided for children aged 5 and under. Additional complimentary car seats are subject to availability. As part of Disney’s current health and safety guidelines, passengers and drivers are required to wear a mask while in the vehicle. Drivers will meet and greet Guests at baggage claim areas, and will handle their luggage. (gratuities are not included.)

You can add round trip transfers to your vacation package by calling your preferred Travel Agent, the Disney Reservations Center or accessing your trip online.

If you are looking for one-way transfers or transfers available from Tampa International Airport, Sanford International Airport, Orlando Amtrak Station, Kissimmee Amtrak Station, Cape Canaveral, Vero Beach, Daytona and the Guest’s hotel, or other modifications, you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center, or your preferred Travel Agent.
